Apple Tree Crèche: Our new premises

Our new nursery is located on the ground and first floors of a historic building at 167 Chaussée de Charleroi.

The main entrance is on the ground floor and allows for the storage of prams and children’s personal belongings.

The nursery is organised into two main playrooms, one for the older children on the ground floor and one for the younger children on the first floor.

The downstairs playroom has full height windows, allowing views of the garden throughout the day. The playroom on the first floor has high ceilings and full height windows looking out onto a balcony. Both the garden and balcony are fully accessible to the children (weather permitting).

Both playrooms are equipped with a kitchenette and dining area with table and chairs, a changing area with small toilets for the older children and various play areas (symbolic play, climbing areas, free play areas, reading and quiet areas). We provide a variety of toys and play materials, as well as a well-equipped library, accessible to children at all times.

There are sleeping rooms on both floors, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, plenty of space to sleep, comfortable beds as well as air purifiers.

Opening hours

The nursery is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

The nursery is closed a total of four weeks a year - one week at Christmas and three weeks during the summer (dates tbc, but generally the last two weeks of July/first week of August).

Fees

• Five days per week: 1100 Euro per month
• Four days per week: 950 Euro per month

Tax Deductions

€ 14 per day (€ 280 /month for full time registration) of fees paid to the nursery are tax deductible.
